A classic vans shoe but not comfortable for long wear. Its not a tennis shoe for walking more than the average person. Theres not a whole lot of support but then again these are for skating. Other styles with more support are definitely better but more expensive. These hold up. Worn almost everyday for a year and still look great.

Is a very simple design, I personally found it a bit boring. And the finish could be better. They are not bad but I sent them back and bought instead (also on skatedeluxe) the New Balance Numeric 22 shoe (black white). I am very happy with the New Balance, they are good skate shoes, nice design, good quality. But that's just my personal opinion.

This shoe has been my go to for the past 6 years and still looks like it's brand new. I've been wearing these shoes everywhere and everyday. Not one hole or tear can be seen. The soles are very soft and comfortable, making them wearable for the whole day without having feet pain. The design is also very good and can match any outfit you want. I'd really recommend buying these if you want good quality shoes, they aren't even expensive right now they go for about $75. I wear these shoes everyday for school, errands, work, and everything else.

Classic old school with better features.

These shoes fit a little wide when compared to Nikes or NBnumerics but still are a classic. Classic, Stylish and functional.

Skateboarder for over 12 years mostly skate the bowls and the vert ramps, but never dirty to ride anything else skating is skating ! The classic old skool vans shoe is a style icon, but also such a comfy shoe while you're riding.Classic Old skool is a super nice an comfy shoe to shred in. Only thing that is not really durable of this shoe is that the insole isn't super powerful, so that means i personally would't reckon the skate big set of stairs with it. Outside of that the stitching is staying whole for a long time and the top of your toe doesn't rip as fast as the normal old skools.Great shoe overall ! Especially if you have a little wider feet than general. stylish and iconic can't go wrong with that !

Great For Skating!

I got these shoes for Christmas and ever since I’ve been constantly skating with them. They look so good in terms of appearance alone but there even better for skating which is saying something. I have been able to progress and land so many new tricks since getting these shoes and even when you are just riding around on your board they have a great feel on the skateboard. They also don’t give you blisters like many other skate shoes and are really well and nicely made. The different components blend really well together with the canvas and the leather vans symbol along with the softer upper near your feat so you don’t end up with holes in the top of your shoes. Totally awesome. They look the business. Come with fat, 1cm wide white laces plus a spare pare of conventional size, 0.8cm black laces so you can chop and change. Beware, come with comfy cush style inners which reduced the room for your feet across the top and toes. Tip: if you have this problem, take out the inner, sole which is removable, slice with abread knife at an angle about half way down so there's a gradual taper and glue in. Then you get that heel support but still get room for your feet.

Make More Women's Shoes In Larger Sizes

The inner sole seems to be coming away already and not glued as well as you would expect. The rest of the shoe seems good and it's very comfortable. I will say however that it is extremely frustrating Vans do not stock many larger sizes in their stores and some of their styles of shoes do not come in larger sizes. There are women who have larger feet and we miss out so many times in shoes we want because they don't make them in our size. Also no option for fast shipping I think is a mistake.

One tiny issue

Worn vans old skool for as long as I can remember and again these are a great addition to my collection. The colour has grown on me as wasn't to keen at first. I'd of given 5 star for one slight issue and that where the back of the white sole nears the vans logo has come unglued from the sole, seems to be a problem with vans as its not the first pair I've had do this. Like I understand general wear and tear but I've had these for less than 2 weeks whereas my old skool Pro shoes are still intact. Do you use different glues for the old skool and old skool Pro versions of your shoe?

Style *AND* Comfort??? Tell me more....

I find these to be the perfect balance between comfort and iconic old Skool style! The "Skate" in the name means that these have the better, updated foot-bed that the vans of yesteryear was missing, that gives your hurting feet a break! I happen to have these on my feet right now!
