I love vans. I have like 10 or 11 pairs now and need more. I got from anywhere from a 9.5 to a 10.5. I love how comfortable and stylish vans are. I love the style and how durable they are. I recently bought the ultra range in black and love them. I have these red high tops, black high tops with some fur, grey high tops with some white fur, green vans, etc. I want more ultra range ones now to add to the collection. The people at vans are always kind and helpful. When I was working for Olive Garden I bought a pair of nonslip vans and they broke after a few days. They had a manufacturing problem and they let me exchange them for a new pair Md they lasted me awhile after that. I also love their clothes.

ASOS is trash. The stuff they pretend to sell, however, probably isn't.

ASOS is trash, plain and simple. If you are looking for a simple, honest review of this dumpster fire of a company, here it is. First of all, no human contact if (rather, when) you have an issue. Walk away right now, you will simply never speak to a human. Perhaps a chat bot, but definitely not an empathetic human being. Oh, what's that? You just want to quietly shop and have no interaction with the company or its affiliates? You already know your size, in your brand? Good luck to you, fine shopper. The single most egregious thing ASOS does is sell things that don't exist. My very first time ordering, they messed it up. Two pairs, out of three, were wrong. And honestly, that's totally okay, if they would have fixed it. I know my size, in my brand, yet they still ... MoreASOS is trash, plain and simple. And honestly, that's totally okay, if they would have fixed it. I know my size, in my brand, yet they still sent me shoes that were, read, THREE sizes too small. This was not an EU to US sizing problem, they straight up sent me a useless pair of really tiny shoes. They would have made excellent paperweights, to be fair. ASOS does not offer an exchange of any kind. You must rebuy. Okay, ASOS, that is fine by me. But, what if the item you want to rebuy isn't on sale anymore? Oh, dear shopper, that is what they want. My second time ordering, guess what they did to fix it? They (finally) gave me 25 percent off my next purchase, after fighting a robot for several minutes about the fact that the initial apology offer they proposed (15 percent) was less than the promo deal (20 percent) they had on the site for anyone to use at anytime, so I rebought the shoes they messed up. If you're still reading, you can guess what happened. They did it again! Three sizes too small. Guess how many emails I have received in reference to this? Zero. Now, you may be thinking, "okay, they messed up, twice, but it's okay! Chill, friend, there are bigger fires in the world." And, you are right. But, they refuse to speak with me. No other company I have interacted with on any level does that. It's slimy behaviour. Also, another pair of shoes I ordered, white trainers, which they DID get the size right, showed up dirty at my house in the box. Really dirty. Do you think I complained? Nope. Not after who they showed themselves to be. ASOS doesn't care. And neither should you. If you can find a cool pair of shoes on their site that fit you, go ahead, roll the dice and order them. But know this, they may not be the thing you ordered, and you may have to spend a half hour chatting with a bot, and then some more time packing it back up, printing your return label, and dropping it off. Ultimately, I am impressed with their selection, but completely grossed out by the complete lack of customer service, and more importantly, lack of actual product. Do not waste your time.

Not Built The Same
22 May 2023

Unfortunately after 8 months of regular use the stitching and rubber rand came apart. And a hole developed on the side. My old Dog Town Vans lasted 15 years of casual use. They're still great looking high tops, but not built to last. The material is weaker and the thread is garbage. The glue is obviously inferior to the old stuff as well. Durability is the issue. I bought another pair because I like the look, but I know now they're just for show rather than performance. Cheers

So Comfortable
13 March 2024

I bought these about a month ago as some new everyday/work shoes, and they're so comfortable. I need support on one ankle and the high sides and padding is brilliant. I previously bought the all-black pair back in 2019 and they're still going strong, but I wanted another pair. The material was a bit stiff but within a month it's well on the way to being broken in. Amazing when you're on your feet all day.

The dye got onto white of shoe, I liked them a lot
5 August 2024

When I bought these shoes. I read the reviews and they all said the red dye leaked onto the white of the laces and inside of shoe. I thought it would be fine and bought the shoes anyway, and they came with red dye on the white parts of the shoe, I was disappointed, but I wore them anyway and I really like them. They stayed intact for a long time.
