I bought these for my daughter just a couple weeks ago as a part of her "back to school" shopping like we have always done before the start of a new school year. Which, as luck would have it, couldn't have come at a better time, considering she had just about outgrown and outworn her previous pair of black and white checkered Asher slip on Vans- that she just HAD to have last year! Super cute. Really comfortable. I was just caught off guard with the inside of the shoe being white with a red stripe and the tongue being blue. Super cute. Definitely going to wear. Just keep that in mind when ordering the red/black

I ordered these in a Youth 5 (I wear a 6/6.5 Women) and they fit as expected. They are cute and comfortable. The material is okay. I expected them to be a bit higher quality for being Vans. Not sure if the Women's version would be, but I will definitely be doing a comparison next time I'm in-store. I like the material of my Vans slip-ons way better, and feel like they will last longer. However, for the price point and how often I will wear these, I feel like they were worth the purchase. The one thing that does bother me a bit is that when I tie the laces, they hit right in the middle of the white Vans logo on the tongue of the sneaker.

My daughter really wanted some Vans so I ordered these for her. This is a nice, classic shoe. They do seem to run a bit small/narrow and she had a little difficulty putting them on at first. Once she adjusted the laces and wore them a few days they got easier to put on. She really liked them.
This is a cute little shoe and my daughter loves them. They are a good shoe color option if you don’t want to have all pink/purple/yellow in your little girls closet. Vans usually run slightly big for her foot but I adjust for that by purchasing 1/2 size down if that is an option for the shoe. They are a little hard so the foot doesn’t slide into them as easily unless you loosen the entire shoe string. Would recommend!
I bought these for myself. I don’t know if my foot has gotten wider or the shoes have gotten narrower in width, but I do think the size of the shoe seems reduced (compared to other times I’ve purchased Vans in the same size) especially around the forefoot and mid foot areas. I’d recommend sizing up a half size for a more comfortable fit.
Bought these for my 9 year old and he loves them. These are his daily sneakers and he can’t be any happier. I love these myself they are extremely comfortable and you can never have enough pairs because they are so versatile. The fit it tts.
I recently purchased these for my 6yr old and my 3yr old. With the right socks these fit my 3yr old great. My 6yr old on the other hand could not get into these shoes. They seem to be too narrow towards the top of the shoe. I thought he may have just needed a size up so I exchanged them for 1 size larger but they still did not fit. I would say these shoes are not for wide feet.
Thought they were slip on with strings and not tie. Unfortunately they are not and my Grandson doesn't wear tie shoes as of yet. Shoe is awesome, so ended up sending another pair of slip on for him, that my son loved. Was a little deceiving as to the picture which made it look like not tie shoes but "fake laces". Hoping can be exchanged for another shoe that can be obtained .
Great price on vans! We are super happy with our purchase. We bought five pairs. Some for each of my boys. They say they are very comfortable. They also are one of the most durable shoes we’ve tried for our boys as they hammer their shoes.
