I have been ordering Voluspa candles, and diffusers for over 15 years because of the strong lovely scents and quality of the product. This recent product was an exception, it seemed to have no scent at all. I flipped the reeds over multiple times and still very little scent throw. I reached out to customer service and was disappointed with their reply. They stated since the product was already opened, they could not offer me a refund or exchange. Bad look Voluspa considering the price point of your products and the fact that I have been a very loyal customer. Disappointing.

Santiago huckleberry has been a favorite in our home for YEARS. Normally purchase the candles but I tried the diffuser this time and whew! I feel like I’ve been missing out. It’s a pretty different smell to begin with and when you come into the room it’s a sensory delight! The reeds are somewhat velvety, they are so pretty. I also have two other fragrances I’m looking forward to trying. I received a tiny candle of the new California Summers.. I’m typically not a fan of that scent family but this one is magnificent! Definitely ordering that one as well.

I love the Baltic Amber scent and using it in a diffuser is so wonderful. I appreciate that I can have the scent of my favorite candle in a diffuser and have it emitting its scent all day long. It is so wonderful to come home from work and my room smells so good. I love how long it has lasted. This diffuser is strong yet not overpowering, a wonderful touch to any home.
Voluspa's Reed diffusers are so luxurious. I love that they use velvet reed sticks it just makes it feel so much more elevated and like they have a stronger scent than the typical wooden reeds. The glass also is just so adorable and comes with a branded stopper that I'm excited to repurpose when the time comes. And the scent it gives off is quite warm and inviting. I love the subtle vanilla accompanying the sandalwood. Would definitely purchase one as a house warming gift!
This is a beautiful scent. It truly smells like the best of gardenia It is not a mix of fragrances, it is pure gardenia, and it is heaven. As others have said, it does not fulfill an extremely large space. It will scent my entire bedroom, but it is not enough living room When I left it in there. It just sort of diffused and made no impression in a large space. I had imagined putting two in my living room to ensure sufficient scent, but I don’t think the fragrance drifts far enough along to cover the living room space. Perfect and worth the effort to find the right space to place it and just enjoy it!
I tried to order 2 of these as it's a favorite. The one that went to my son in Denver was wrong. If you go back on my returns I commented on what I wanted and when you sent me a replacement you sent me the same one that I returned. I gave up and just bought one myself and you still sent me the wrong one. I wanted the one that I use the sticks in a jar with. I did get that one of the 2 I ordered but gave up on the other order. Too messed up I doubt I'll order from you again. I'll try Amazon. Volupso is my favorite. Very disappointing.i would suggest you go back and check my return commentsMary

I’ve been such a fan! :)I typically buy a couple bottles at a time, and recently opened up a new bottle I had ordered a couple months avgo because I finally ran out, and there must either have been a mistake or the scent has completely changed.Rather than the sophisticated, classy, and full of depth scent that I am used to, it now smells like a Bath & Body works body spray. It smells cheap and much sweeter, without any of the musky depth from before. And I still have my old bottle to compare it to. Its a completely different scent.Could you please confirm if the formula has changed? I love this scent, the Baltic Amber is such a warm and sweet scent, making your home feel comfy and homey—it’s for sure a staple for any home. The reed diffuser and this scent are a perfect match. It’s great to have this as a diffuser so you can set it and forget it, without worrying about a candle flame. With that being said, the candle version is also really nice to have in the winter months if you want to set a warmer and comfier mood. I also appreciate the texture and pattern imprinted on the glass, which really elevates the look of the diffuser.
What higher praise can I give than intention to keep two of these burning on my mantel every third or fourth day? I am on my second repurchase since discovery. A pair are on the mantel of a rock fireplace in a large lodge-like open living area with 16+ foot vaulted ceilings. They fill that volume with a beautiful, waxy, woodsy scent that’s delightfully noticeable without being too “loud.” Scent lasts through the entire candle, not just the top half as with many cheapos. Wax is softer than parafin and much more long lasting. Rotating evening burns every third day lasts a long time (haven’t measured). At candle’s end, I melt the residual wax and pour into the “next up.”
