I have been drinking this tea for a few years. It’s mellow taste is so soothing. I’ve tried many “night-time” teas and there is just no comparison, either the taste is too strong or I just don’t get as relaxed as with the Sleep Welle Tea. It’s now on subscription so I don’t even have to think about it.

I love my gift set. The Alkalising greens have improved my health greatly. No more afternoon naps! The chocolate protein is delicious, and the teabags are very calming. You can still function through the day, if I feel anxious, the tea definitely aids in calming me. I've had it for evening too. The taste is really pleasant too.
Very good tea and definitely starts to make you tired after drinking it, however I have noticed I have developed dizzy spells after taking it which is a side effect apparently from Valerian.Also have had vivid dreams which is another side effect. Taste is beautiful and it doesn’t stop me from having it but be aware this can happen from Valerian.
I spent my loyalty points for a this Heath to store my calming teas and it’s a new addition to my welleco caddies in my kitchen. Love the colour and design and fits the whole pack of teas. Love it!
My husband passed away suddenly 7 months ago and I haven't been sleeping very well at all.Although being very sceptical, I decided to give this tea a try and Im amazed at the difference it has made to my quality of sleep. Thank you Welle & Co.
I haven't noticed them making me sleepy, and I even tried two at a time, but the ingredients are healthy and soothing to know that. And the smell is lovely 🤩🌹the taste is fine, I'm not keen on any herbal tea bags and just use as medicine!
This tea is very fresh and delicious with a great citrus flavour, works like a treat for relaxation and induced sleep 10/10. I cannot rave enough about these products, they are quality and have great flavour
I'm surprised that none of the previous reviews mentioned the absolutely awful smell of this tea. The only way i can describe it is like unwashed socks that have been worn for a week straight. I know that sounds weird but that's what it smells like. They even have a label on the box that warns you of the smell. Having said that the tea does not taste like it smells thank goodness. It has a mild flavour and i think the whole ritual of drinking a bedtime relaxation tea is quite soothing. Not sure if i would repurchase again though....
