I was interested in trying this tea for the benefits of relaxation and its calming affect. Not being a tea drinker of any kind...at all, I was uncertain if I would enjoy it but thought if it could assist me even a wee bit in setting me up for sleep, why not try - even if it meant that I may not like the taste.I am thrilled that I really enjoy the tea flavor and that it is my ritual most nights. It's great to find a hot drink that I really like besides a morning coffee! I am thoroughly enjoying it's delicate flavor in the evening in bed snugged up with a mag! For me it signifies the end of a day, a treat and a thank you to me and is kinda like a big sigh or a deep breath before sleep. Is it assisting in my quality of sleep? I have this tea before bedtime and I feel itās my essential to having a goodnight sleep! I love the tea with some Manuka honey added. The smell is quite strong when you open the caddy up but once itās dispersed into the water, the taste and smell for me is a nice fruity mango which I love!
Bought this for the first time and itās another excellent well co product the quality is always good, the taste is very good. I only ever purchase these products on sale but everything I have tried so far is excellent. This tea tastes lovely and itās effective too and in a class of its own.

I often have trouble sleeping a whole night through, however since taking Sleep Iām able to get to sleep quicker and sleep more solidly throughout the night. I bought my mother a packet who is 80 and she also loves it and takes it constantly to help her get a good nights sleep. Highly recommend!
This tea is truly delicious and a beautiful addition to my night time routine.I am only giving it 4 stars not 5 because I havenāt noticed any improvement in my sleep which is what I am mainly working on.I donāt t have any stimulants, coffee, blue light etc at night so i was hoping for a little deeper sleep with this tea, but overall i will continue using it because its divine.
