A Disappointment

I would expect jeans made of a "stretch denim" to be a bit on the snug side, not so. These jeans (labeled 32 X 32) were baggy, the waist was nearly two inches larger and the inseam was a full 1.5" larger. On the plus side, the material was very soft and comfortable and the stitching was smooth and clean. All in all, the Original fit flex cut jeans have been a big disappointment to me. Active Flex Far Too Loose

As with one other commenter here, you will very most likely want to buy one waist size down, Active Flex is ridiculously flexible. I shoulda listened to that one commenter. Instead of a return, will wash a couple times in very hot water and do hot dries. Also had to sew shut the button hole to size it down close to 1/2 inch. Hopefully the second hot wash gets them down to a reasonable waist size. These jeans will be more for just wearing at home for comfort. The denim material is also more lightweight, which would be good for hot summer days.

Best jeans I've ever owned

I've been waiting for these jeans my whole life. I'm a former college athlete, power lifter, and still weightlift, as well as run cattle and working construction. Buying jeans has been a struggle my whole life because of my larger thighs. They're either too baggy or cutting off circulation, and either way I could never move in them. These jeans fit me perfectly, the flex in them allows me to move whether I'm on the jobsite or on the farm. I can dress up or dress down in them. They're the best jeans I've ever owned, and will likely be the only jeans I buy from here on. If you're a bigger fella like me (6ft 290lbs) and want great jeans, get yourself a pair.

Best version of a classic
24 July 2024

These are currently my favorite Wrangler Jean. The tried and true 13MWZ never for me quite right and were a bit too restricting. These are great, the flex in them make them just about perfect. These particular model (1013MAFGK) the product listing is wrong. The website says they have 2% Spandex instead they have 1% Elastane- Wrangler please update this! Also these NEED to be offered in an additional blue color, the bleach color is to white and I would like a little lighter shade compared to the "Stonewash" color these have.

Cut to a different pattern?
10 December 2022

I have these that fit great like original cowboy cut are supposed to, these were not cut the same even though they were the same size and supposed to be the original cowboy cut. They fit very tight throughout the legs more like they were cut to the slim cut pattern. Unfortunately I had to return them. This review applies only to these particular jeans. The other pair I have fit great and are my favorite jeans to wear.

I would buy these jeans again, and have.
16 April 2024

Love everything about these jeans except for the length. For some strange reason this particular style is shorter than all of my other Wrangler jeans. I ordered the same size but they were over an inch shorter than all my other Wrangler jeans. I thought it was a defect so I ordered another pair the same size and they were also over an inch shorter. So, I ordered another pair longer in length and of course they're longer than all my other jeans but they work just fine. Just a little more bunched up at the boot. If you order these jeans, order a size longer than you normally wear.

Love these jeans but need more color options in same fabric
25 April 2024

These jeans are great but I also ordered the other blue and the fabric is awful! It's got a whole lot of very uncomfortable polyester! Wrangler needs to make the other color options available in the "mostly cotton" fabric. Was very disappointed in the darker blue ones. I sent them back.

Ripped in 4 Months
25 February 2023

I ordered these about 4 months ago. They were my favorite pair of jeans, I wore them to work and on date nights. They are much more comfortable than the regular cowboy cut, but they already ripped in the crotch area. I just don't understand how they are designed for riding horses, when they cant even ride an office chair for more than 4 months. They are too expensive to have to replace every 4 months. Super frustrating.

Wrangler® Cowboy Cut® Original Fit Jean in Bleach
7 December 2022

These jeans are 99% cotton and 1% spandex and you wouldn't believer what a difference the 1 % spandex means. The jeans fit perfectly (36-34) and are so comfortable you can wear right out of the bag. I usually wash new jeans at least 5 or 6 times before wearing them. These jeans required only one wash and they're ready to wear. They are the most comfortable jeans I have ever worn and I have been wearing Wranglers for over thirty years.
