I tried the OG Libre over a year ago and it was just a major YUCK for me. I don't even remember what I didn't like about it - on paper, it should have been great for me, and I wanted to like it. If you're not a fan of the original, I would recommend trying Flowers and Flames. This was an instant love! I smelled without reading the notes first and 100% it's a white floral, which I personally love. I picked up the vanilla and something else that was creamy (turns out it's the coconut), too, and a hint of the orange blossom after a few minutes. I want to stress that I totally understand the "white florals! this is too mature" first impression people get, but give this a few minutes. It develops into a really nice and youthful scent. Really pleased with this Libre flanker and would absolutely recommend trying it out if you weren't a fan of the original! The bottle is gorgeous and I'm excited to have it in my collection.

If you're not a fan of the original, DEFINITELY test Flowers and Flames. This was an instant big yes! I tried it initially without reading the notes first and it is no doubt a white floral, which I personally enjoy. I have seen some "white florals, ew, this is too old ladyish" complaints (which tbf all white florals get those comments), but really give this a few mins to work through the initial blast of flower. I can definitely smell the flowers but I can’t call it spicy (and I’m not too keen on spicy perfumes), so I’m not sure what the flames actually stand for in this case. It’s definitely a softer, creamier version of the original Libre. I’m okay with the original but never really had the urge to buy a full sized version, but the Flowers & Flames is definitely a much “tastier” version to me and is absolutely something I would purchase. It’s hot and humid right now in NYC so I can’t tell much about the longevity of the Flowers & Flames yet as it didn’t stay long on my sweaty skin lol it did stay on my clothes, however, so I’m assuming once September hits it’ll be perfect for this not too cold but not so hot anymore weather. It’s sweet and warm but not overwhelming. Overall, it’s very pleasant scent and definitely something I will wear frequently.
