Immediately, I get a fresh burst of tart red berries. Notes of fresh strawberry, raspberry pear, then jasmin sambac, orange flower, white peony, datura flower white musk. The red berries are what drew me to this fragrance while the floral notes, musk patchouli give it that sophisticated Parisienne touch. Sweet but sophisticated. The reviews were good, and the price was amazing for a big bottle. It came fast; I got it today and I AM SO PLEASED. This was a great buy, and it is actually the PARFUME- this is the real deal. I cannot stop smelling my arm, it smells so good. Don't cheat yourself- get the 3 oz bottle! A roller ball of this was 72.00 in the store. You won't need to douse yourself in this- a small amount will do the job. You will be noticed without being overbearing. This is not a paid review- but my honest opinion as a woman who loves parfume.

A chameleon perfume--beautiful.

YSL Mon Paris Lumiere is a light and slightly dreamy, slightly sweet floral. I am very surprised at how dramatically different this fragrance dries down in just minutes. There are some very light notes of creamy, warm amber, and the slightest touch of a perfect grapefruit...I am highly critical of luxury mainstream perfumes and find them routinely disappointing and overwhelming. This is an absolute exception. This has a wonderful staying power but a gentle sillage. For anyone who dreads wearing a perfume too strong or that may activate allergies or chronic illnesses for others, I recommend this. This is my second review - my first was back in 2019. I've owned many scents since then, but Mon Paris EDP is the fragrance I've come back to time and time again. I was super excited when Influenster sent me this perfume in exchange for my honest review! I love trying new fragrances and can be pretty picky, so I was pleasantly surprised when I sprayed this for the first time and immediately loved it!This perfume is an aquatic floral scent. It's strong but NOT overpowering. I sprayed a few sprays on myself in the morning yesterday and could still smell it in the late afternoon. I was very happy with the longevity of this fragrance. You can definitely wear this perfume at any time during the year, but it's especially perfect for spring and summer! It's the perfect everyday fragrance, romantic and feminine. I also have to mention, the bottle is beautiful and looks gorgeous on display on my vanity! Not what I expected and not in a good way...

Or maybe I sprayed it on a tester strip once but couldn't recall what it smelled like or if I liked it. When it went on sale during 21 Days of Beauty I scooped it up immediately, especially given how great most of the reviews are. I realize scent is such a subjective thing but for $40, I took a risk. Perfume addict

This Datura flower is EVERYTHING!!! OMG, where have you been all my life, Lol. I need more scents with her She is sweeeeet & gorgeous. I don't believe I have anything with the Datura flower but OMG is she Summer sweet & GORGEOUS! There is something thick, rich, & a bit syrupy or boozy. I am thinking it is the Rose Absolute. IDK but I need this part of the scent in an oil form because it makes my eyes roll back, Lol.The Patchouli is sooooo dainty & feminine. If you don't do Patchouli on the regular I would suggest being opened to this gal. The Jasmine brings a dallop of white floral to my nose. It really balances the thickness of the absolute & sweetness of the Datura flower. Did I say how gorgeous that flower is. #WhoKnew?! The Musk with the Patchouli I think adds some density to it. But... it is soooo delicate that it still has this fresh Summer air vibe. Is that the Lotus maybe. Its an airy type of refreshing to me not aquatic, if that makes sense. Like a fresh bright blue sky, with the sun out, sporadic white translucent clouds floating around, & a nice wind breeze.I can see this glowing off of the skin on a warm Summer day I definitely think this is a warm weather fragrance. The way that Musk hovers & the sweetness of the Datura flower floats... Oh she is Summer lunches, outdoor shopping, day dates, pool side cabanas. etc etc etc. Yea, she is as gorgeous as a dainty gold chain, sitting on top of sunkissed skin, reflecting light from the sun rays. Flirty & Luxurious I think I shall classify her.

This Mon Paris Lumiere spray from YSL has the best box packaging look always! simple ,elegant yet Bold and Beautiful. I like the signature pink tint bottle and the classic little black and pink bow w/ YSL emblem on it around the neck with a square top.From the first scent I get an smell of warmth & woodsy with a bit of sweet. Which would give me a feeling of Winter, Autumn type of scent. But once it settles in I get more of a light vanilla, soft, sweet scent that would give me a feeling of summer,spring type of scent.
