I wanted a pale timber bed that was higher than the current low modern beds & that would also pack down small as I move often. Also, my back doesn't like curved slats, so this was one of the few beds that had level slats. As usual T&W delivered promptly & I'm extremely pleased with the bed. It has met all my needs these last months without any issues. It's very strong & sturdy, doesn't squeak or make any noises when you move. It's a great height too but not too high - allowing you to store a lot underneath if needed which is a bonus. I only have good things to say as it is excellent!

Simple to put together and super sturdy. Could do it by yourself, but easier with 2 people. I'm a bit shocked at how cheap this bed is given the quality, best purchase. Heaps of underbed storage (which was why I ordered it) - once bed is constructed clearance to get things under the bed is around 26cm. Mattress sits on top of frame, not in it, which I like as it makes the bed that little bit higher to prevent my dog from helping himself to my bed. Mattress doesn't move/slide. Slats have Velcro to prevent movement and the metal bar/legs that support the middle have a foam strip to stop metal on metal. Really happy with purchase. Its a better quality bed at a third of the price, than others I've brought from expensive stores. Highly recommend!

I bought two of these in the single size and am extremely happy with the quality! Exactly as the advertised picture shows and is the easiest thing I've ever had to assemble. All parts were present and nifty ratchet tool included as well as the usual Allan key. Comes with extra screws too. The first one took me about ten minutes and the second one about four! I really like the slat style as well, proper flat ones held in place with tough Velcro. The timber is a bright blonde/yellow coloured pine which could easily be painted or stained a different colour if you're the handy sort. It's high once the mattress is on but I chose it specifically for that reason and wanted the space underneath for storage. This is a basic design but very good quality platform bed. Amazing Simple Bed Frame!

This Zinus bedframe was exactly what we were looking for. Simple and functional.The frame arrived very well packaged. Assembling was super easy and straight forward. We were super impressed at how well all the pieces fit together. This is typically a challenge with mail ordered furniture but not with this brand. Zinus had all the pieces cut exactly correct. Everything fit together perfectly.The bed frame is very sturdy and solid feeling. No shifting or rocking whatso ever. Our queen foam mattress fit perfectly with just enough room for the bedding to hand correctly.Overall, super impressed with this frame and Zinus's attention to detail for a well made product!!

Beautiful addition to the guest bedroom

Really lovely wood, cherry stained. Solid. A friend and I easily put together. Everything you need in the package including two tools to tighten the screws (this makes it easy for two people to work on it at the same time). We forgot to include the washers when putting it together, but it's still sturdy. A couple of nice features not mentioned: The slats are attached to each other by cloth and the slats are velcroed in when installed onto the frame; there are two strips on the slats that you remove, and they hold the bed in place; the center slat has a hole in the middle that goes over a peg in the frame, thus holding the slats in place (since they are attached by cloth).

Excellent product!!

First, I never write a review but this is the item deserves a review. Great quality for the price; well-designed; easy to put together; extra pieces provided plus the bonus was the packing. I have never seen an item so well packed with the styrofoam pieces wrapped in plastic bags so that you don’t have bits of styrofoam floating all over the house and sticking to things. I would definitely buy this item again and consider this brand for other products.

I’m in love with this bed frame. I had to leave it in the box for a couple months during my move but once I finally opened it up I was so excited. It came exactly as pictured. It was packaged well, included everything needed, and was easy to put together. The instructions are just pictures, which was a little confusing at first, but I figured it out pretty quickly. It probably took me an hour to put together on my own. It is sturdy, looks nice, and I love that it has things on the wood slats to help keep the mattress in place. I’ve recommended this bed frame to so many people already. Would definitely buy again!

What's not to like about our new bed frame

I ordered this bed frame to accommodate a new mattress we had ordered. The frame arrived in a timely manner and was packaged in such a way as to insure the contents safe, undamaged delivery. All parts and hardware were included along with very handy and easy to use ratchet allen wrench for assembly. Assembly was a straight forward process with only a minimum of puzzling out how to arrange the legs properly. Once assembled this frame is very sturdy and it looks great. We are completely satisfied with the workmanship, design and engineering of Wen Deluxe Wood Platform Bed Frame and we have no reservations recommending this frame to others.
