been using it for 2 weeks+ and all i could say is the mattress is a lot firmer (and heavier) than i thought it would be so if you have back problem i wouldn’t recommend getting this. also somewhat disappointed that the mattress has sunk in a bit in the middle only after 2 weeks of usage

This mattress is not 30cm thick. Its WAY TOO THIN you can feel the floor. Even though this mattress is great quality its just too thin. The only reason I didnt return them was we needed them desperately over Christmas. I have many zinus mattresses they are thick and amazing quality. This mattress doesn't deserve to be called a zinus.
Only just received a few days ago. After letting the mattress decompress for over 3 days - as per instructions - and installing it on a brand new bed frame, I'm a bit disappointed in the lack of firmness for a mattress sold as "firm". It's unfortunately quite soft. The quality seems however good and the packaging was very convenient to carry upstairs.

Bed is great as described big storage space underneath for suitcases and stable as, but putting it together was a nightmare! Tools and everything are included but the pieces are very slightly off size wise and really have to jigsaw them together with brute strength to get them in. Give yourself a few hours!
I was happy with the time frame for delivery etc.The pillow top is a bit disappointing, it isnt as thick as it looked, I can feel the springs through it. So it definitely requires a mattress topper, which makes the bed higher lol at just under 5 foot tall it makes a big difference.
this mattress is super comfortable. you can't feel the springs at all. 10/10 would buy again. shipped quickly as well
