First pair my husband opened on Father’s Day were wrapped in a box but they sent us USED and CREASED shoes and the laces were flecked NOT ALL WHITE like the picture shows and then they sent an extra black lace. Had to return back to store very hard time with manager took about 45 mins to reorder new ones . which came in today but once again WHERE are my ALL WHITE laces??. Shouldn’t display something of it’s not accurate. Returning for 2nd time since they will not compensate nor give the all white laces that it’s suppose to come with .

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE - Drive to the manufacturer store! I ordered these shoes for my son’s SENIOR PROM and they were delivered two weeks after I ordered! They did not arrive on time for prom! Their tracking is a joke! Alexander McQueen has a store in Dallas - drive there!

I absolutely love my Alexander McQueen sneakers. They are more beautiful than I thought they would be. I would definitely recommend this product.

I brought these shoes for husband. The heel is not snugged. It would slip off his heel. I had the same problem with mine (women).
I ordered this for my stepdaughter who wears a 38 in women’s. They didn’t have the women’s sneaker in this style so I ordered the equivalent men’s size and they fit her perfectly. They look good on her and she loves them. They are made with exceptional quality and will last for years.
They look so good IRL. LOVE the aesthetic, but they just don't work for my feet. The tongue is high & stiff, but I feel like I could "train" it by rolling it forward & pushing it out away from my foot. The dealbreaker is the heel slippage. My heel slides out every step. I bought my usual size & toes were right up on the toe box, so downsizing was not an option. I really wanted these to work, but they are so uncomfortable. Bought them for an walk-heavy Italian trip so...no.
This is a stylish, comfortable, and totally convertible shoe. B/W for evening in F/W. Perfect.

Bought these shoes for my husband as his special event shoes cause he hates regular dress shoes. These have been through a lot - even a drunken stumble through a fire pit. Cleaned up great. Still look amazing. Highly recommend. Especially if you are married to an idiot.
these shoes are one of the best in the shoe game. they are so comfortable, i’ve worn these all day and no pain at all. you can definitely dress these up or down, they go perfect with everything. did i mention, these also give you height… if you wondering if you should get these, don’t even think twice, get them!!
