I'm a size 11 and purchased 10.5.Tried in store, ordered online and delivered within 2 days. Impressive considering they were ordered on a bank holiday.

Great shoes, this is my second pair, really comfortable, great new colours, just what ive been looking for for wearing with every outfit. They are very expensive but you have to think of it as an investment, they will last you years.

I have owned Birkenstocks in the past and they are always very good. These look great and arrived and looked just as good as the picture. I love the colour. Unfortunately, as many have already said on here I had to return them because they were a narrow fit not regular.I was told by the customer service that if I ordered them again, they will be regular because they come up as regular on the system. After returning and re-ordering three times I have now given up. I was told by the last customer service person that there were some more coming in in August but I would need to phone back to see if they were regular or narrow fit. These sandals were expensive compared to similar products, but thought they were a good name, so bought them for my husband. He wore them around the house & said they were not very comfortable, so was trying to break them in. We went on holiday to Barbados, he wore them on a 20 minute walk and they gave him huge blisters on the top of both feet. He has not been able to wear them again. Very disappointing, a total waste of money.
I love this sandal. I have issues with feet (wide, bunions, etc) and these fit great from the day I took them out of the box! I've tried them in suede and had problems getting them on...floppy..plus the suede bled color on my feet. This pair will be resoled if and when they need it. Thank you Birkenstock and Zulily!
For the first time wearing Birkenstock, the shoe was uncomfortable. Once I read the review of the shoes confirmed that for the first time wearing the shoe would be uncomfortable. After a few wears my foot formed to the shoes. They are very comfortable
Great sandal. I used to dislike Birkenstocks, but I finally gave in and tried them myself. Great sandal all around. They feel breathable to me and strong, durable material considering it is not real suede. My foot is narrow but their regular wide fit was great. The buckles are awesome to adjust to your preference and comfort.
These are my first ever Birks. So comfy! So happy! I was worried about the with soles getting too dirty to quick, but they clean up beautifully with Mr clean eraser. Form fitting cork supports my high arch!
So... I didn't get the memo that Birkenstocks took a hot minute to break in. The first month and a half that I had these, I hated them and I thought they were so uncomfortable, then one day I was walking in them and it was like I stepped on a magical wad of gum and all of a sudden they were the most comfortable things I'd ever worn in my life. Legit a complete 180 - I don't think I can go back to any other sandals now. I'm spoiled and know what life could be like in Birks.
