Basil & Neroli by Jo Malone 100ml Cologne Spray

THIS is currently my favourite scent. It's pretty without being very sweet, and it has a dewy aquatic quality which I cannot seem to find anywhere else! It's definitely a fresh, dewy floral. Like all JM fragrances, it doesn't last too long on the skin, but it does last longer on my clothes and watch strap. I have been searching for a similar, longer lasting fragrance, for over a year and nothing comes close. Penhaligon's have a "bluebell" which I tried when I was last back in London, but it has some slight "old lady" vibes. Whereas JM Wild Bluebell is fresher and more wearable for younger women, IMO. I find some other perfumes are headache inducing but this is one of the safest fragrances you will find. I love it.

I was blown away by this luxurious scent. The fragrance is refreshing and crisp with a hint of sweetness. The bottle is also beautifully designed. One cons is it’s not long-lasting as peony. Overall, I highly recommend this cologne to anyone who wants to add a touch of luxury to their daily routine. This is such a masculine yet androgynous smell, but I think it is best suited for a younger man or a more androgynous woman. It has a elegant yet gentle tangy smell which I assume would be the blackberry. It smells a bit like a salty breeze. But with a musky scent underneath, which adds to that strong masculine image. It’s a really lovely cologne but I think as others have said before, it does fades very fast, the initial scent has dimmed after only about 15 minutes which is a little disappointing. The salty scent replaces the musky scent when it fades. So you’re left with a very subtle tangy smell and a bit of a salty aroma. I would recommend this to anyone that needs a subtle daily scent.

I’ve never understood why people like Jo Malone fragrances so much. They smell ok, but don’t seem to last very long in my opinion. That is until recently when i read that they are supposed to be mixed 🤯. I have experimented with a couple of other Jo Malone samples and mixing them, my opinion of them has improved. This particular one I mixed with English Pear and Freesia and it’s smells divine. It also seems to last much longer when mixed. One big downside is the cost. These are already pricy on their own but having to buy several to make your own signature scent could break the bank. The idea purchasing of a variety pack with several smaller bottles to mix would be appealing.

Its a beautiful floral and acquatic scent that smells exactly like the color of the wild bluebell. It reminds me of a beautiful morning in the english countryside during the spring season. On the perfume cap it does smell like one of those watermelon haribo candies but as soon as I apply it on my skin I get a big amount of florals with a fresh and spicy hint. For me this is not THE scent, I don't like ultra florals scents (I'm a fruity/fresh girlie) and I'm not the biggest fan of this one either. Yes its a very beautiful scent with her own characteristics but she's just not for me. Anyway If you like ultrafloral,young and "delicate" scents I do raccomend to try this one! The perfect scent for the springtime.

I rarely shop at Ulta unless they have a product I want that Sephora doesn't carry. No shade towards Ulta, I just find that the Sephora Rouge status, the free samples, the Beauty Insider points and their customer care is amazing. I purchase everything online and there have been a few times where I had a product leak or was sent the wrong shade and they refunded my money back to my card on the spot no questions asked. That also may be because I order so much from them as well. Anyway, the box full of samples is two layers. You can't see all of the perfume in the picture but it's a great way to try out a perfume before pulling that trigger, and they are also perfect for travel.

I was fortunate to receive this gift from the Jo Malone London brand. This is also the first time that I experience the scent of this brand. When I first opened the envelope, I was surprised to see that the box was tied with a simple but elegant bow. I appreciate that. I would like to thank the brand. This is a 30ml glass bottle. The first time I sprayed it on my hand. Omg! the scent was so pleasant like you were in the middle of a forest of flowers and ripe fruit, it was not too harsh, pure and very clean. I wear it all day, it lasts about 2-3 hours. If sprayed on clothes, it will last longer for people who sweat less. Highly recommend to everyone.
