It comes wrapped and with a bow. It makes you feel special. You open it up and the note tells you how to read the batch number so that you know how long the perfume will be fresh and fragrant. I will use this bottle within the next one and a half to two years, but this batch is good for 36 months and was mixed in January of 2018. So, I received my bottle in October of 2018 and will use it up between April and October of 2020. BUT, it will remain fragrant through December 2021. So, I have no fear of having stale perfume. That means that this bottle is worth every penny I paid for it and can enjoy it. I wear this fragrance daily because my husband loves it and because I feel good when I wear it. Two spritzes last all day, but I'm not a walking cloud of scent.

I bought this product for my wife because she has seen and smelt one at a duty free shop and loved the smell. We are so disappointed that we got the product and it did not have the same smell when compared with the similar No5 Chanel perfume. We have gone to Chanel stand inside Selfridge to compare the product and we can certainly say that we don't know what this product is because it is not N05 Chanel Eau de perfume. It is so inferior. The smell is very dull and not the real product. We paid over £100 for this and received something boxed as Chanel No5 but it's not. I just want to warn other people to be careful about buying anything from this seller.

Received this perfume in quick time, and was excited to pull it out of the package. BUT, the bottle and perfume is quite obviously a fake.1. The glass of the bottle is warped, the bottom edge isn't straight and there are bubbles in the glass. Not Chanel quality2. The Front label is a cheap sticker. Not only is it crooked on the bottle, and not centered, the edges were cut sloppy leaving a jagged edge. It is not even the right size or exact shape of my original Chanel.3. The bottom label/info is not engraved into the glass. It is printed on a poorly centered sticker again - Not Chanel's Standard4. The label around the base of the cap is a poorly cut sticker, which overlaps int the back. when removed from the box, the cap was actually on backwards.5. A real perfume will last hours after application. The is gone with in 30 minutes or less. It comes out very strong smelling, so much so that my daughter can't stand when I put it on and get in the car, but , within 30 there is not even a lingering scent on my skin. I love it. There is no other fragrance as beautiful, in my humble opinion. The scent captured my attention one day as I was walking past the perfume counter in Herbergers Department store. I literally turned around and stepped toward it asking the clerk what the beautiful aroma was. She handed me a tissue soaked with the perfume and I fell in love with it. I have many scents that I like and think are wonderful - but this is the one perfume that I can honestly say I love. Beautiful.

The company told me they would call me and tell me how to return the product on 9/30. Here it is 10/5 and I have not heard a word. Who know's if they will ever contact me; and who knows if they may try and recharge my account sice they have my CC #. I am extremely frustrated!!!!
