Had to reorder a size up as my 7s were too small. The 8s were great apart from a bit of stretching required across the tongue stitches. Not worn for a long period of time yet but have a feeling they may rub my heels as the top part of the leather is very soft so doesn't hold shape. Look wise, the blue is lovely and the boots themselves look and feel sturdy. Roll on the function I want them to wear to!

I was a little worried that in my early thirties I'd be too old to wear Doc Martens, but no regrets! Love the punk vibe that can be paired with a dress or straight legged pants or even a utility jumpsuit. Be sure to get these in Virginia leather - it's much more supple, soft and comfortable! No break in period needed for this. I tried on the regular leather and that one hurt my feet. I'm typically 6.5/7 and went with size 6 in these!

Best boots ever! I’m very picky with the kind of boots I wear due to my cervical spine pain, some shoes triggers my pain , to my surprised this boots never gave me such discomfort. I just recently used & abused this shoes during our travel in Paris & London with 20k steps a day, it feels so perfect and enjoyed my vacation. I followed the advised of my sales associate when I bought it, so I break in my boots for about 2 weeks inside the house before my vacation. I saw these and knew I’d be heartbroken if they didn’t fit. Most docs don’t, because I have very thin ankles, and I can’t properly close most docs and then it feels like I’m wearing very heavy buckets. These, well, I can almost properly close them and when I loop the laces around my ankles, it works. They’re soft enough. With insoles, they’re also very comfortable. I am so happy with these.
These boots were a birthday present for my sister. I had bought my niece, her daughter, very similar boots for christmas last year so my sister is super happy that they can now match. The boots are very nice, well made and look great too! They came very fast too!
Ordered my usual sizing a 6.5 in docs, I don't have wide feet, but I could just about get these on. Once on, they were very tight across the front of my feet. Absolutely gutted because i loved them! Tried a bigger size but still didn't fit.I returned and ordered the smooth leather unisex boots.I was told you need to wear them in but I have been wearing docs since I was 15 this is not the case with these boots the fit is totally different due to the style of boot (I did abit of Googling)
I had initially bought the Bex smooth leather Docs (right picture) but even though I loved the extra height I had to return them as the leather was too stiff. I ended up getting the pascal Docs (left picture for comparison) and I love them so much better and they’re more comfortable. They run narrow so I had to break them in around the house for two weeks before taking them to the streets, true to size though. Other than that quality and style at its best 👌
I really wanted to love these. I waited a long time to buy them but after wearing them once, they are going back. I got blisters on the back of both my feet and my pinky toes. I know everyone says you need to break them in but now I’m terrified to wear them because the back of my feet hurt so bad and these blisters will be there for a while.
First impression when I took them out of the box was they are just so soft. The leather is really supple and not stiff at all. A plus if you don't wear them every day to break them in; they pretty much arrive broken in. The part that was a bit off for me is the throat is just ever so slightly too small, so after long hours of wear I can feel it cutting into the top of my foot, and thick socks are right out. Make that throat 1/4"-5/8" bigger and they will be PERFECT. I was thinking that perhaps a bigger size would solve the issue but I doubt it, the length is fine and my toes have plenty of room, just needs a little more girth. Overall I would definitely recommend these, very well made and nice looking, I get lots of compliments when I wear them.
