Micellar Water has a bright, but still pleasant fresh fragrance. I'm not a fan of the bright smell in such care products, but it does not linger on the skin. The clear liquid foams slightly, but is not soapy. It copes well with makeup removal, washes off foundation and shadows easily. To wash off Maybelline mascara or lipstick, you have to make an effort and rub a little. It feels pleasant on the skin: it does not leave unpleasant sensations or irritations, does not form a film, does not tighten and does not dry.

La Roche-Posay is the value for money, affordable skincare I have always needed in my budget and now use for everything - morning, night skincare routine and my Sun Protection during the day! I start with my Micellar Water Cleanser and Thermal Water Spray and they are the perfect before and after makeup and for washing the day away and refreshing in between! You get so much quality and product in every product, and in almost anyones budget! I've been using this particular full size bottle for months and it's not even half empty! It's suitable for those learning skincare and loved and used by experienced skincare enthusiasts like my Mum who's a Beauty Consultant and tried all types of Skincare product ranges in all budgets! Highly highly recommend

This is the best micellar water I have used. I use this to remove my makeup every day. It is great for a pre-cleanse. Very gentle, no bad smells. Other micellar waters I have tried left my face feeling extremely dry or greasy. This is the perfect balance. It’s relatively inexpensive. I love that it comes in a huge size and a pump. 10/10!

I would not use any other Miceller Water; this is my holy grail. I have used this product for years because nothing else compares to how effectively it removes sunscreen and makeup. I always use this right before going in with a gentle cleanser to ensure I remove everything. Also, I've used this after having procedures done like RF Microneedling and a chemical feel, and it does not sting my face.
I normally use the Ultra Reactive Micellar but it was becoming way too expensive to do so. I noticed the ingredients between the Ultra Sensitive and the Ultra Sensitive Reactive are the same with the exception of the fragrance in the Ultra Sensitive. Also, the Ultra Reactive does not come in 750ML which is a HUGE shame. Its quite standard across brands to have both 400ML - 750ML micellar waters available. I'm not sure why LRP only has 750ML available for 1 one of the waters. The brand/sizing consistency is the reason for 3 stars. I would hope that LRP would either consider removing the fragrance from all the waters or at least offer as a staple, both sizes of the 400ML and 750ML for their waters.
Despite saying it is non-rinse, for people with acne prone skin, this is not best practice. My skin has been acne free with my current regimen and I added the micellar water per reviews on IG. I have had the WORST break out my skin has seen in ages. I’ve worked so hard to find a good regimen for my aging skin only to now look like a teenager again with horrible acne. I have since read that if you have acne prone skin you SHOULD rinse it because it leaves a barrier on the skin which blocks oil productions, clogging pores.
Can you please make this product without fragrance? I love la roche posay and would undoubtedly purchase this on repeat if it was formulated without fragrance. I have to use the CeraVe micellar water since it has no fragrance but I so much would rather purchasing from your brand. I use many other LRP fragrance free products.I have very sensitive skin and I really believe there’s no usefulness with having fragrances in products in general but especially ones that are marketed for sensitive skin.Please consider. Thanks.
This is my favorite micellar water and the only one I will use. I tried the others (garnier, etc) that are cheaper on amazon but from decent brands, and I can't STAND how oily those feel. La Roche Posay's micellar water doesn't feel oily whatsoever, and it takes off my makeup / oil / dirt so well. It's pricier than the others, but obviously for a good reason. I tried to go cheaper, and I can't after experiencing this amazingness.
Even though I know I should, I don't always wash my face to take off my makeup and do my whole nighttime routine. I use two cotton pads of this - first one gets the base layer off, second one cleanses. I don't ever struggle with breakouts or anything. Doesn't leave my skin dry either. It dissolves Jane Iredale makeup perfectly and always leaves me feeling fresh and clean (even though I didn't do my full night routine). I find it even gentle around my eyes.
