His thoughts are below: "Yves Saint Laurent’s Eau De Toilette provides a crisp, clean fragrance. There’s a hint of lavender which I’m not usually fond of, but it’s combination with the aroma of earth incense gives the cologne a clean scent that reminds me of fresh rain in a pine forest. It might be a touch on the subdued, but for someone like me who doesn’t use much cologne it’s a perfect fit."

On my husband, it goes straight for ginger, incense, and vetiver, all whilst dancing with the bergamot and aldehydes. It's a good cologne on me. On him, it's wickedly brilliant. That's the beauty of Y: it's an art of chemistry, and it becomes very much one's own. It's worth a try, and if it's magic on you, worth the pricetag, too.

The EDP is slightly more professional and in your face (in the best of ways). I would most definitely buy the EDT, but I think if I had to own one it would be the EDP. A must have for any man trying to make a good impression on the ladies, you cannot go wrong with this one, just make sure not to overspray. This lasts long, well over 8 hours on my skin and I could still smell it on my jacket in the morning. For seasons this can work in all seasons but would probably shine the most in spring and summer because of its fruit and fresh vibrance. I picked up on the citrus and it reminded me of the Soarin' ride from Disney World. Such a fresh, stand-out scent. I did not reapply it ONCE since I left my house that morning and I am pretty sure that I only sprayed it twice (once on my wrists and once on my neck). Best cologne I've purchased

This scent is absolutely incredible and has given me the most compliments. I used to wear Prada Carbon before this , and this one is the winner. I recently wanted to branch out and tried the EDP , I hated it . I tried the Intensity , loved it until the 4th day. I hated it. There's something about this cologne that works with my chemistry . It projects better than the other 2. It smells so fresh and clean and addicting . People can smell me before they see me, and they love getting close to whiff it in. I highly recommend this one. The open notes, middle, and end are just amazing

This cologne has a clean scent but also has depth. The scent is very fresh when first sprayed, and dries down to be a bit spicy and warm without being overpowering. I sprayed this cologne on my boyfriend, but also decided to test it on myself. On me the geranium notes are more noticeable when it was first sprayed, while on my boyfriend the lavender came through stronger. On both of us it dried down to a scent that was equal parts amber and spice with hints of sage and a very slight woody note. On my boyfriend, this dry down was a little bit more fresh while on me it smelled a bit darker. While this fragrance leans more masculine, I think it can work well as a unisex scent if it has notes you enjoy.

Top tier eau de toilette

This cologne is great for a eau de toilette. Price point is great for a 3.3oz. As far as the smell, it is an ideal fresh, ocean, aquatic smell. Very very smooth and an attention getter. Projection and long lasting isnt THAT long but then again, it is a toilette and that's kind of the trade off, right? Overall, I think its worth the money. Def can be a personal smell of even a gift. More of a younger smell ill say.
