There are quite a few reasons why I love this product. It's suitable for cats of all life stages. The meats used are ethically sourced and it's perfect for picky eaters. Grain-free and low in carbs, it includes superfoods and is rich in nutrients, which is something I always look for in a cat food. It has no added fillers, the protein content is high, and it supports joint health too. I even use it as a topper for dry food sometimes. All in all, a great product!

This product has been exactly what I was hoping for. The moisture-rich texture is perfect and provides the hydration my cat needs. What I truly appreciate is that it's a complete meal, eliminating my worries about supplementing other nutrients. The whole-prey ratios maintain my cat's interest every time. Additionally, the fact that this product uses ethically sourced meats gives me peace of mind about my purchase. Needless to say, my cat loves it too!

I expect you'll see a theme in reviews here, but my poor cat has had gastro problems his whole life. Stomatitis in his mouth, allergic reactions, vomiting, diarrhea, you name it--most certainly a severe reaction to chicken. You look at most cat food on the shelf, and you're shocked to find how many use "extra" ingredients in their food--a lot of non-chicken meals have chicken additives. I'm fairly confident that we've reviewed most of the brands available to us in the US, and Ziwi Peaks is the only one that he both likes and can eat without issue again and again.It's as simple as this: they actually just use real, simple ingredients. I don't know why that's so hard for others to do, but until then, this is just stands alone as the best there is.

Mr Meggs has been enjoying intermittently, with his science diet biscuits, and he goes crazy, for ZIWI! A half can is enough for a meal, cover, and pop in the fridge for the second half, them for a few days, the Science Diet biscuits, are his staple!He always has a moist nose, drinks lots of water, and I monitor how much I give him( usually a half cup, morning and night.) He's totally indoors with a run, specially built for him, but is keen on 'zoomies' every afternoon.I keep him groomed..never seen a fur ball regurgitation, yet!! He is a 5 year old rescue cat, Ginger, and gorgeous company!!
I like the features of this cat food. My favorite thing about it is that it promotes allergy relief for my cat. This has been a game changer in managing my cat's health. However, I feel the ease of serving could be improved; it gets a bit messy sometimes. Also, the price is a bit on the higher side and the packaging design could be better. This food has been a miracle for my cat who was experiencing severe gastro symptoms. After spending a lot of money at the vets, and putting the poor cat on a lot of medicines, a savvy veterinarian suggested he might have food allergies from the additives in his food. I was feeding him the (what I thought) was the very best food and he was getting sicker and sicker. The vet recommended a single meat source for his allergies. I found Ziwi Lamb. It has been 3 months he has only had the lamb cat food. He is healthy, energetic, and has not thrown up. What a difference in my cat! Thank you for not putting chemicals and additives in the cat food. You saved my cat.

The packaging has getting worst. Meats quantity has been decreasing this year. Also the lamb meat can is filled with air pockets. It wasn't as dense as it used to be. I'm loosing 1 can for every 2 cans I fed my cats. The lamb supposed to have 245 calories which 20-30 more calories than what my cats needed. The chicken version still seems okay. My cat lost a lb eating all ziwi peak can foods only. And my other cat didn't gain weight though I feed him 1 can 1/2. They were satisfied with just 1 can per cat per day. If you guys want to make money. Just increase the price per oz instead of ripping us off like this. M
This product is really great and my cats absolutely love it! It's moisture-rich and highly palatable, which made the transition to this food easy. The fact that it's made with real meat and is high in protein is a huge bonus. Plus, it's a limited ingredient diet, which is perfect for my fussy eaters. Also, it's suitable for all life stages and breeds. I appreciate that the company uses ethical and sustainable ingredients. I couldn't ask for more in a cat food!
