And I can say I now understand why.It is very lightweight, even if you have ice in the bottle and it's completely full. I took this flask with me when I went on an hour and a half hike (a very hot and humid day), and I barely noticed I was carrying it. The straw was very convenient and made it easy to drink as much as I needed without getting cold sensitivity on my teeth. I was a little worried about the strap being fragile, but it handled being swung around and I had no fear of it breaking on me.I love the color blue, and I liked the subtle look of the Matcha Ombre. I have a family so there are eight Hydroflasks in our house at any given time. We had never had any issues with them. The first time we did, I filled out the forms, did the self test and sent the bottle back in. They sent me a new one at no charge. Now, the bottle I returned had been everywhere from small trails in NC to the bottom of the Grand Canyon. It kept ice in it for two days in 120 degree heat! Needless to say, It had some rough points. The Hydroflasks are made incredibly well and they stand behind their product. The service was amazing. The new bottle is incredible and ready for more adventures by my side. hanks for making a superior product!

Not very happy with the quality. It seems things are being made cheaper these days. I’ve had a hydroflask since 2014 and bought this new one. Took it to work and accidentally dropped it one time and it put a bad dent in it. My other hydroflask I have is tough as nails and I’ve accidentally dropped them before and it never got a dent in them like that at all. It’s said the quality of things being made out there today aren’t like they use to be. Every thing is getting made cheaper and ppl are charged higher prices for them so companies are really making their money off of us stupid ppl buying it huh.
Highly recommend any hydro flask bottles/ mugs item to everyone! Have used HF products for over 12 years now, have been lucky enough to not have to purchase a ton because I guard my water bottles and mugs w/ my life lol & they are extremely durable. Now my kids have them and I love to gift them--because it's such a great product. EVERYONE MUST OWN AT LEAST ONE! Full Disclosure, we are fans of Yeti mugs as well BUT Hydro Flask mugs hold heat / cold wayyyyy longer so they are favored in our household. PS I NEVER write reviews but this is one of my fav everyday products and I can't say enough about it!
I actually love this water bottle more than I thought I would!! I also have the all around travel tumbler from here which is bigger but not as comfortable as this one. If I were to do it again, I'd probably buy the bigger size for this bottle, but this size is fine for now. The ice also keeps way better in this one than my travel tumbler which is nice! One down side is that it is not cup holder friendly, so it rolls around in my passenger seat, but it doesn't spill AT ALL, so it's not that big of a deal. I bought the boot for this as well which I HIGHLY recommend! Overall, I love this bottle! It has become my everyday go-to!

I also like it having a straw because it makes it easier to drink from and I don’t have to worry about tipping the bottle over too far and getting water all over myself. The straw also had a great suction so your not struggling to drink but definitely make sure it’s up all the way because it can squirt out water if it’s not. You can also make sure the straw is fully down because it clicks when shut so you won’t risk leaking. Another added bonus is the lid has a handle for easy carrying and it’s flexible so it won’t hurt your hands when carrying. When I flipped the spout up with my thumb numerous times at the gym, the spout spat out little water splashes in my face. This was while the thermos had mostly a full thermos of water.
