Lancôme Idôle is pleasant modern fragrance. It lacks some of the complexity of luxury perfumes, perhaps because Idôle is strongly a feminine scent and designed to be worn alone (not layered). I appreciate Lancôme’s empowering message and how the bottles are designed to be refilled; that saves both one’s $$$ and the environment. I recommend keeping Idôle in mind if you enjoy feminine scents or looking for present for someone special.

There is a clean and crisp dryness to this perfume, like the warm salty air of a desert wind. I actually really enjoy the smell of this fragrance, as it is simple and doesn’t require any one specific personality to wear it. The olfactory trail mostly focuses on the salty rose essence as it cleans the air and paves the way for newfound clarity. The fragrance was inspired by the idea of each person realizing their fullest potential in order to make a lasting impact on the world.

I tried purchasing same fragrances for much cheaper prices online.... But they were never the same..... Cheaper alternatives online and cheaper shops always provide second quality or duplicate replica fragrances. If you want genuinely original fragrance..... Confidently purchase from the perfume Shop. Beautiful, Sophisticated, Modern Floral

I LOVE this perfume. It lasts all day on me, has a good projection, and is a great day to night scent. I personally feel that this is a must have for the floral loving gals, the pink pepper and bergamot bring a slightly sassy and brightness to the perfume while the floral and white musk make it classically feminine. Sophisticated but still playful. I also enjoy RL Romance, Phlur Ameline, Tory Burch Essence of Dreams line, YSL Libre, YSL Black Opium, Dior Rose and Roses and the 2017 Miss Dior, and Channel Eu Tendre. I feel that this lives within the 'relm' of these other EDP's and EDT's if that helps any blind buyers. I personally feel it is a longer lasting, more full bodied and complex Eu Tendre with a stronger floral undercurrent. Will absolutely purchase again!

Best perfume ever - Welcome 2024!

It's a new year; a chance to do better, right? Instead of buying this, I should have put the funds in a rainy day account, made contribution to retirement, added to the kid's college fund, scheduled an oil change for the car, groceries, etc. Should I have spent money on a new perfume, especially this one which is somewhat pricey? Absolutely yes!As soon as the box shipped to my door (quickly too,) and I sprayed a wee bit on my forearm for the first time, I was in love. It was worth it. I'm worth it! Extremely Disappointed In Engraving Location

I received my bottle of perfume and expected for the engraving of my name to be located on the glad of the bottle and NOT the side of the bottle! I tried 4 times with customer service and got NOTHING! I was told the the engraver has the discretion on the location of the engraving and I was also told that maybe there wasn’t enough room on the glass for my name. WELL…. There is MUCH MORE ROOM IN THE GLASS and if it’s at the discretion of the engraver, that should be verbalized on the website! I’ve had perfume bottles engraved before and it has been on the GLASS of the bottle and NOT the side of the bottle! I’m EXTREMELY disappointed in the lack of customer service!!! Roses on the Beach

I am absolutely gutted that Lancôme is discontinuing this fragrance! My first Idôle purchase was Idôle Nectar, and having fallen in love with that, I decided to buy Idôle Now and Idôle Aura. While both are lovely, Idôle Aura truly stands out to me for the combination of the salt, rose, and vanilla notes. It immediately reminds me of the beaches I’ve visited on family vacations, with almost a hint of sunscreen, combined with the signature fresh and sweet rose notes of the Idôle line. It’s an absolutely beautiful sunny, summery, warm-weather rose scent, but also perfect for those cold dreary days when you wish you could be at the beach.
