I can definitely notice a difference in my skin when I run out. I wish this comes on travel size.

Be aware! Fiberglass pieces

I loved this toner for years. I purchased 250ml bottle when they were on sale, had used it for months not knowing about this but I found out it has a lot of fiberglass pieces in the product! I’m not sure if it was just a bad batch or this was normal, so I called the customer service and they said they would refund it and asked if I could send the rest of the product for the quality check. But no email no phone call about the refunds or shipping label that was supposed to be sent after the call I made. I am so disappointed not only the quality of the product but also how they responded to this issue. Hope this comment can help fixing it.Also I looked up other comments to see if anyone has the same experience, saw someone had the same problem as mine. So be aware

Did not like this

As I have dry sensitive skin, I really hoped this would work for me, but I found it to really miss the mark. I found the feel quite oily - cloying rather than refreshing. Not only did it not seem to work well as a toner, but the oily film it left on the skin then prevented serums and moisturisers from absorbing, so my normal skincare could not work as well as normal. A miss all around for me and very disappointing. I suppose if you have very oily skin, you could use this and not need a moisturiser afterards perhaps?

Fresh as a summer breeze

I tried this facial toner because my family suggested the fresh feeling it gives when applying it. One can use it at night too. Before the hydrating cream, it makes for a very good team for our skin. The price was another incentive. Doesn't brake the bank, and has all those marvelous ingredients do make a difference on my old skin. Been using it for more than a year and shall continue. I recommend it highly.

I was previously using the Glow Recipe Pore Tight Toner which I do love, but was causing some irritation. I find that applying this after a BHA or niacinamide step aids in avoiding breakouts.

Stripped/dry reddish skin be gone!

I'm 42 with combo/dry thats also a bit sensitive skin. I've used every toner from the drug store to department store for decades and they all ended up too either too harsh, overly drying, or did nothing at all.iv used the ordinary 7% glycolic acid and when my skin needs some good intensive exfoliating ( which is a great, inexpensive product) but that's once maybe twice a month and at night only!the rest of the year I use this toner! its reduced my redness significantly imo ! doesn't burn / sting or leave me feeling stripped!P's. a little goes along way and be careful when applying to cotton pad it can come out fast causing wasted products !
